Treetop cabins

Wake up in the treetops – surrounded by the tranquillity of nature

At inNature, we hope to gain political and local support to invite you to experience nature in a completely different way – high up in the treetops. The three treetop cabins we initially plan to establish have been designed with both people and the environment in mind and will give you a unique opportunity to unplug, find peace and get close to the simple life.

Here you will wake up to birdsong and views of nature and the peaceful landscape around Lønstrup. You will stay in luxurious but simple accommodation – with everything you need and nothing you don't. There will be mobile coverage and WiFi, but also a mobile parking area, so you can choose to stay in the area completely undisturbed. The cabins are built from natural materials as far as possible and designed to bring nature close to you – whether you are sitting on the terrace with a cup of coffee or lying in bed looking out at the green forest.

Each cabin accommodates:

• Sleeping space for 2 people (with the option of 2 children in an extra bed)
• Small kitchen and dining area
• WC and outdoor shower 
• Lovely terrace with a view

The treetop cabins are discreetly located at the edge of the forest at a height where you cannot see your neighbours, and where your neighbours cannot see the cabins. We are also seeking an exemption so that the cabins can be placed as far apart as possible. As we do not want motor vehicles in the forest, a trailer must be used to transport luggage from the car park to the cabin. However, there is an exception for a “down-to earth” cabin for people with walking difficulties, where it is possible to drive right up to the cabin if necessary.

The cabins are located on part of our 13-hectare natural areas with forest, pasture, marshland og newly established nature-areas. There are trails for hiking – both for those who can handle varied terrain and for wheelchair users – and there will be places to just be and space for quiet.

Many people have asked if they can be among the first to stay overnight in our treetop cabins. We are therefore setting up a waiting list, which you can sign up for.
