Down-to-earth cottages

Close to the earth – close to yourself

At inNature, we hope to gain political and local support to invite you, who have difficulty walking, and your family to experience nature in a completely different way. We are initially planning to establish a down-to-earth cottage, created with a love for simple living and natural accommodation. Here you will stay in peaceful surroundings in a newly established forest, where time stretches a little longer and where everything is designed with presence, aesthetics and balance in mind.

The cottage is peacefully located on our natural area with views of the forest, meadows and open landscapes. There is not much noise and no disturbances here – only silence, the wind in the trees and perhaps a deer stopping by.

The cottage is furnished with:

  • Sleeping space for 4 people
  • Small kitchen and dining area
  • Private terrace with access to nature
  • Simple, beautiful interior in natural materials
  • WC and option of both indoor and outdoor showers
  • Disability-friendly design with level access and ample space for assistive devices

We have designed this down-to-earth cottage with accessibility in mind, in collaboration with an accessibility consultant from the Danish Disability Association, so that as many people as possible – regardless of mobility – can find peace and tranquillity in the presence of nature. Level access, wider doors and spacious bathing facilities make it possible to be part of nature without obstacles.

A stay in a down-to-earth cottage is perfect for you if you want to:

  • To unwind and find peace
  • A stay close to nature without distractions
  • A base from which to explore nature on the paths we have made wheelchair-friendly, contemplation or just being.
  • Simple surroundings with warmth and consideration
  • An accessible place with room for everyone

We call it down-to-earth – because that's exactly what it is. And because nature should be accessible to everyone!

We are experiencing great interest in staying overnight in our down-to-earth cottage once the first one is built. Therefore, we are now creating a waiting list that you can sign up for.

(Please note that this is subject to us obtaining municipal permission to build the project).

Write to us here if you want to be added to the waiting list!
